How much does delivery cost? 

We have tried to keep our delivery prices fair and simple. Our wide range of Products does include some large and heavy items that need additional lifting and handling so the prices reflect that. Delivery charges will be indicated as you shop and confirmed during checkout. For full details of delivery areas and charges please click HERE

 

Where do you deliver to? 

We are sorry that we can’t currently deliver to the whole of the UK. Our Delivery Area covers mainland UK and most of Scotland. The following areas are excluded; The Scottish Isles, Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Isle of White, the Channel Isles and all those areas located within the following postcodes;

When will I receive my delivery? 

Standard delivery is 3 to 7 Working Days. We always aim to meet this but delivery times can’t be guaranteed and this may be for reasons beyond our control.

Large and heavy items may up to 14 Working Days to arrive.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

 

How do I track my delivery? 

You are able to track the progress of your delivery in the section of our website. Once you have placed your order you can view the status of your order to see if it has been dispatched. If you experience any problems with tracking your order, please contact our Customer Care team

Will my order arrive in one delivery? 

Some of our products are dispatched from different locations and all plants come straight from the nursery, so your order may arrive in separate parcels and on different day

 

How do I place an order on your website? 

Placing an order on our website is quick and easy. Just click on the Buy Now button beside the item or items you wish to purchase and a window will appear confirming these have been added to your basket. When you have finished shopping, click on Checkout at the top right of our website. You will be given confirmation of your purchase including quantity, price and delivery charges. You will then be prompted to enter your email address and password if you are already registered for an account. Then you click on Continue. You will then be asked to enter your delivery, billing and card payment details and then click on the button Place My Order. Finally, you will receive confirmation of your order along with your order number.

 

How do I open an account? 

To open an account click on My Account then type in your email address and click on the box for No you don't have a password and click on Continue. You will then be asked for your personal details and then scroll down and re-enter your email address. You will then be asked to enter and confirm a password of 6 characters or more and to enter your Country and Postcode and when you click on Create Account your account set-up will be complete.
At this stage you can also subscribe to Offers and Competitions. This information allows us to send you appropriate information on offers etc.

 

How do I place an order on your website? 

Your online account with Notcutts.co.uk offers many benefits including the ability to track and review any orders placed with us, write product reviews (and win prizes!) and see your Wishlist which you can use to add items for the future. You can also add and update addresses on your account, allowing the placing of any orders to be even faster and simpler.

 

What payment options do you offer? 

Payments can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron or Solo. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and any subsequent transactions are conducted in a secure environment.

 

When does my order with you become a legal contract? 

The contract between us will be formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

Can I cancel my order? 

If you wish to cancel an accepted order please email us as soon as possible at Customercare@notcutts.co.uk giving us your order number. If the accepted order has not already been dispatched we should be able to stop it for you. If the accepted order has been dispatched you will unfortunately have to go through the returns process.

What should I do if I receive faulty goods? 

If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days to let us know. It can be returned to us within 30 Working Days provided the Product has been unused, is returned in the same condition in which you received it including being its original packaging for exchange or refund. We will either arrange collection by courier or ask you to return it by post. We will reimburse you for the original delivery charges you paid and any reasonable costs incurred in returning the item to us (provided the method of return has been agreed by us prior to return) during this period.

If there is a problem with a Product that has a manufacturer’s warranty please contact them directly.

It can be returned to us within 30 Working Days provided the Product has been unused, is returned in the same condition in which you received it including being its original packaging for exchange or refund. We will either arrange collection by courier or ask you to return it by post. We will reimburse you for the original delivery charges you paid and any reasonable costs incurred in returning the item to us (provided the method of return has been agreed by us prior to return) during this period.

If a Product is not returned in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your rights.

What should I do if I change my mind and don’t want a product? 

If you wish to return or exchange an item where we are not at fault, please contact us within 7 days and the item can be returned within 30 Working Days, provided the Product has been unused and is returned in the same condition in which you received it including being in its original packaging which must not be damaged or opened, for exchange or refund at our sole discretion. You will be required to pay the return postage or collection costs.

We will usually refund any money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

If a Product is not returned in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your rights under section 6.

When will my money be refunded to me? 

 

Your money will be refunded back onto your card as soon as we are in receipt of the goods and refunds normally take 1-2 working days to reach your account. We will usually refund any money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

 

How are your delivery charges worked out?

 

Standard delivery is the same price of £5 regardless of how many items standard delivery items you buy.

 

Some larger and heavier items have a delivery surcharge which is added to the standard rate charge.

 

For example, a piece of garden furniture may have a Heavy Item surcharge of £20 which added to the standard rate will bring the delivery total to £25.

 

 

You will be able to check the total delivery charge in your basket before you check out.

 

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

 

We sell both online and paper gift vouchers. Please note that our online vouchers can only be redeemed online and our paper gift vouchers can only be redeemed in our 19 garden centres.

How do I get my Sage discount online?

 

Just add your Sage membership number to your details in My Account and then log in each time you want to make a purchase. You need to make sure that you give us your address and postcode that are linked to your Sage membership as these two things combined confirm that you are an existing member and qualify for the Sage discount.
