Long Description: Trusses of large semi-double pale blue-mauve flowers with a brown flare. An evergreen, Fastuosum Flore Pleno makes a large dome shaped bush with dark matt green leaves. The bold flowers bring a splash of colour to the garden in Spring and the evergreen foliage makes a useful screen and backdrop to other plants for the rest of the year.
